Project scope
Working closely with PIP Building Services and the Design Team to deliver the full Stage 5 MEP Design and Point Cloud Scanning.
The project consisted of a Basement and 9 Floors of meticulous MEP coordination being sympathetic to the aesthetics of the exposed scheme. With a mixture of rafted ceilings and plasterboard bulkheads, the services had to be coordinated with this in mind.
As Lead Coordinators on the project, we were responsible for leading the MEP Coordination meetings and recording clashes/resolutions with the other trades.

2.5 miles of ductwork modelled
3496 duct fittings
Challenges we faced
Working with an unconventional building shape.
Due to the unconventional shape of the building, the setting out of the services proved challenging to maintain the use of standard manufactured bends as much as possible.
Our solution
On this project we provided 2000+ hours of support.
We worked closely with PIP and the Team to produce a setting out method to enable the model to come to life on site.
